Medical, educational, and morale support, all in one

Geography, cultural conflicts, and governance disputes create barriers to access for many communities in the Philippines, especially in the central and southern islands. We aim to break down those barriers by conducting all-in-one missions encompassing the areas of personal care/hygiene workshops, free health consultations, minor surgeries, and supply distributions for basic necessities such as clothing, medicine, and food.

Over the course of just a couple of days, the Alegado Foundation worked alongside sixteen local agencies and several dedicated volunteers to orchestrate an all-in-one mission that served hundreds of people in the remote area of Sapa-Sapa. From minor surgeries, to personal care workshops, to consultation services and care package distribution, the mission united many communities of southern Philippines in promoting access to healthcare and educational resources for all.
